There was a software update today,
and it seems that perhaps some restructuring of code in the update have lead to an unintended problem.
It seems that the piece of code which is needed to make the Team Chat window function properly,
fails to load.
So I think indeed it is clear that it's a bug,

Since it has now been reported,
it is possible for investigation of the problem to take place,
and for a fix to be made when the problem has been found.
