What do you need help with?
You need to not move the same piece a whole bunch in the opening, which you did with your knight. You need to not give up a piece for a pawn, just because you can make the enemy king move. This is only good when you get a particularly strong attack, otherwise its losing. You need to learn not to make simple tactical errors (dropping your queen).
