How do you play against an opening like this?

I don't plan on playing this opening myself, but I want to know how to play against this opening.
I play this a lot when im not logged in. I have some good results with it. If you dont start to break the pawn-chain you will have a hard time against this opening. Maybe you played against me, anonymous?
No. I haven't played against this yet, but I've seen a few players who play this exclusively.

@EvilPyrokar When you say to break the pawn chain, how should I do that exactly? Does it mean to push the a and h pawns? Or maybe I should push the c and f pawns to try and break through the middle?
@HiddenPeak Start a pawn-rush against the king early on. Or build a big center with pawns. The player with this opening will try to close the position and waits for his time to attack. Best break seems the f or c file. But this is just my opinion (experience) with it.
That's the Hippopotamus , used mainly as an anti computer weapon and for bullet chess. It's irregular and lacks teeth. Gata Kamsky uses it in blitz and bullet as an anti-computer opening.
It doesn't need teeth. The point is that the opponent will hopefully break all of his (trying to take a chomp out of you)...kinda like Sonny Liston dislocating his shoulder as he was going after Cassius Clay.
