1.Bxh3 is recommended as the correct solution even though that leaves the rook hanging (1...Bxh1).

I believe this is in error because in the rest of the "Chess basics" puzzles after "Fundamentals - Capture" the user is told to not leave pieces unprotected.

The castling exercises have moves by White only, and allow multiple random moves so long as you end up castling. They're not puzzles. The shortest solution to the exercise you posted is Bxh3, Bg2, O-O, all moves by White.
