Chess teacher

slow is better for learning, yes, only because minute is not enough time for our brains to learn anything. in fact i believe i read somewhere it was around 5 to minutes for our brains to shift something out of our short term memory at all.
If you haven't found anybody yet, I can help you reach a ranking around 1500, but I don't know if I'll be a good teacher, as I've never done that kind of thing before.
#14 But some grandmaster are playing f4 !
"#12 I'm already 1500 ..."

→ I meant in classical.
You aren't a grandmaster, so if you don't know why they play it or what purpose it serves, then it does nothing for you, you've just wasted a tempo without knowing what options or position that move gives you.
Like peaple who play Najdorf or spanish , no ?
But I think I know one or two things about the bird (I went in a french website who was talking about the Bird)

#16 Cool ! thank you ! When are you available ?
There is nothing wrong with blitz or even bullet. It does not corrupt your brain, stifle your improvement, or any other such nonsense. Fast time controls allow you to get a better feeling for the game in its entirety. There's less time to think so your moves become more natural and intuitive.

My chess has significantly improved since I started playing bullet. Anyone who claims otherwise is not playing seriously and it's their own self imposed limitations that are holding them back from progress.

Not to mention the best players see their moves nearly instantly even at much longer time controls, and spend their extra time checking for possible complications or unexpected sidelines.
