Bugs in Training

There are a few bugs in the training page, I don't know if it's just me.

- The top left square (a8 or h1) is always highlighted.
- The king icon on the right that indicates whose turn it is is very small.
- En passant capture doesn't have a capture sound (lichess.org/training/25926)
- Promotion is automatic (lichess.org/training/53762)

I can't reproduce your bugs.

What web browser and version are you using?
Could you also post a screenshot of the first 2 bugs?

promotion is supposed to be automatic im pretty sure, and the first 2 dont happen for me.

First two are ok now. I don't know if they were fixed, or maybe it was just my browser acting up. And I'm using chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 m
