Is the alapin or 3.d4 better in the hyper-accelerated dragon?

Can someone advice me whether 3.c3 or 3.d4 is better to play against the hyper-accelerated dragon?I found it annoying without any opening repertoire and keep losing :/
It is like this 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 g6 3. c3 or 3. d4 better?
Thanks in advance.
My process when it comes to this is to go 9 moves into each variation and from there I play against myself and see if I like the positions I get or I am comfortable in the middlegame. Then I play some lichess games to test. Also this is why I started steering away from 1. e4 and switched to 1.D4 since the lines aren't as sharp so you can afford to make a couple of mistakes/inaccuracies in the opening as long as you know your fundamentals.

It is perhaps better to transpose into what you play against the classical dragon => do you play d4 ?

You need to understand the transposition I think.

Yes you will have to learn or rather to understand the transposition but at least it will be the same middle game that you will have with the classical dragon rather than just having a weapon against each dragon: the classical dragon, the accelerated, the hyper accelerated

More experience => better results ?
I prefer the agressive 3.c3, because you often gain queenside majorty and active pieces
As a Dynamic player, I play d4 all the time. Majority of games transpose into normal Dragons.
3. d4 is the main line, so on the master level it is probably better
3. c3 leads to more cramped positions for black. For amateurs it seems to be better.

I myself am playing the Alapin from time to time, but not only with 2.c3, but also with 2.nf3 hoping for some silly move like a6 to win a tempo and transpose with 3.d4 into the alapin.
