What is the string of + and - numbers at the bottom of lichess puzzles for?

If you click on one of the numbers, the puzzle changes. What is this for??

So you can return to the puzzles you did not do well in.
The green are good, the red are the ones you need to improve on.
The number value is what changed with your rating.
