nimzo larsen attack

1600 is good but also against higher rating players too. The strat is pretty straightfoward: play b3, e3,Nf3, Bb5, get castled, then look to make a c4 push or after rook c1 - c4. I have seen high rated GMs use it in Blits and bullet. Cheers.
In general, good. It depends of course how you set up. I have played owen a few times against weaker players, with good results. On this level players dont understand the fight for d4/e5.

Here is a game Carlson once played with it:

thank u Mr. Selfmateman....its been very useful to me
@ujcn i agree with you that Caruanas Nh3- setup is probably not of any theoretical relevance. With correct play (d5-d4 as you suggested) black should at least have not the slightest problems. I took this game because it shows a typical scheme of white play on queenside against suboptimal black play. Edit: this structure can also arise with white playing Ng1-f3-e1-c2-b4/e3-d5/c6 instead of Nh3-g5-e4-c3-d5

Regarding the Kramnik- Svidler game. Its not so simple for black here. If he does not fianchetto his bishop to b7 white often can create a weak pawn on c6 and play against it. Here is an example game by Granda Zuniga, where he even gives his g2 bishop to achieve that goal:
