Analysis bug? Score dropped to 0 a few times

Hi! Just played a game against the computer (level 3) and when the game was over, I wanted to analyze my game. A few times during the analysis, the score would drop to 0 after making a queen move (that I did, with white). And later with knight moves.

Now you might think that this was simply a bad move so that's why the score dropped, but it's not. This seemed to happen a few times during the game, to exactly 0. It happened first with queen moves, then twice with knight moves.

However, when checking the analysis, the computer says that if Bd7 (move 18) is played, the score is still 0. But after the computer played Bd7, the score went back up to +14.1.

So in no way should that queen move have affected the score that much. Especially not multiple times in a row. And the score dropped to exactly 0 a few times.

Is this a bug that other people have noticed before?

Here's a screenshot of the graph:

As you can see, the graph drops to 0 a few times for no apparent reason and it also counted all those drops as a blunder on my side.

Here's the PGN:

The first time it happened was on move 18 so you can check for yourself if you want.
The moves that drop the evaluation to exactly 0 are because White, who is winning, is allowing Black to repeat a position that's already been played. (Or White is actively putting the position back in some cases) White should be going for the win, not repeating positions.
