Points earned question

This is just two quick questions because I'm trying to play stronger players to get stronger and I normally lose less rating points even if I lose. If I'm playing someone 200 points above me and we get a draw, how many points should I earn?

Two examples:

1. If I draw (I'm 1122 in blitz) and my opponent was 1340 (200 points above me) what should I have earned if I managed to get a draw?
2. If I lose when I'm playing someone 200 points above me, should they earn almost the same points than I lose?
I was 1135, and they were 1349, but I lost -4 points and they gained +3.

1) +0 or +1 I'd say.
2) Sounds about right. You lost more because your RD is 76, which is a bit high. maia1 is a bot so its RD is always at the minimum, 45.

RD is rating deviation and is the parameter that determines how stable your rating is. Lower is better, higher is either leaning to or provisional. The higher the RD the higher the rating change.
