It should be informative show the average elo of a tournament before it starts. Sometimes, i win a lot of games, and other times i lose a lot. Mainly time zone is very determinant. In my country between 19:00 to 23:00 i lose more, and between 23:00 to 2:00 i win more games. I would like to know when a tournament is weak or when it is strong. Thank you.

Maybe, all is posible. But, I mean, there are tournaments that their average elo is very diferent. It should be interesting see how strong is one, before you decide play.
Hmmm but that would weight the sample dramatically. Lower-ranked players would be scared off by higher-rated tournaments, leaving them even higher-rated on average...

I no see what is the problem. Is just an informative note. I remember, in the past, when GMs play in a close tournament, everybody said that tournament is class 14, o 15 in relation which elo average of the player. Any way is just a suggestion.
